No rights of use are transferred when purchasing an original. Franziska Strodl remains the author. Write me an email regarding usage rights (e.g. tattoo template).
Right of use?
Every artist is the exclusive author of his artwork, but if someone else would like to use a work by the artist for private or commercial purposes, he can acquire the right from the author to use this work for his own purposes. The resulting contract between "author" and "user" is the right of use.
